Dr. Mike Mtika

Founder and Director of Field Ops

Dr. Mtika is Pamoza’s visionary and founder. Originally from Malawi, he specializes in issues of HIV/AIDS, sustainable development, agriculture, and community empowerment. He has a PhD in Sociology and worked for World Vision in Malawi before migrating to the U.S.

As a native of Malawi and a long-time resident of the United States, Mrs. Wright’s focus is on creating cross-cultural connections that enable people to work together to improve quality of life – physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Mr. Nyirongo resides in Zowe, Malawi where Pamoza is headquartered. He is responsible for all operations in Malawi including overseeing staff, collaborating with local leaders, and implementing programs. He has a Bachelors in Biblical studies and a Masters in Education.
