Joseph Msukuma Family

Joseph Msukuma (38) and his wife Sarah (36) have sons Moses (17) and Amos (4) and daughters France (15), Mestina (15), Medai (10), and Ellen (2). Joseph and Sarah live in a brick-walled, grass-thatched, and clay-floored house. 

Transformation Plan

Joseph and Sarah dream of growing enough food to feed their family for a whole year. They also dream of building an iron-roofed, cement-floored house. The household can attain food security if they are helped with fertilizer and improved seed. If they were to produce surplus, they could sell it and generate income to use in building a better house. There is also need to expose Joseph and Sarah to the Gospel, to encourage character change, to provide information for them to improve their family’s hygiene and income generation activities, and to improve their children’s educational opportunities.
