Ivy Nyoni Family

Ivy Nyoni (71), a widow, lives with her granddaughter Memory (28) in a brick-walled, iron-roofed, and clay-floored house. 

Transformation Plan

The family’s main dream is to have enough food for the whole year instead of only 4 months as is currently the case. Pamoza will help the household to attain food security while affirming Ivy’s Christian stand and encouraging her to continue attending Bible Studies, prayer and fellowship meetings, and other Christian activities. Pamoza will also brainstorm with Ivy and her granddaughter on various ways she can improve life in her household drawing on their appreciable educational attainment.
