Ackson Kumwenda Family

Ackson Kumwenda (33), his wife Tionge (29), and their daughter Angela live in a brick-walled, grass-thatched, and clay-floored house.

Transformation Plan

Ackson and Tionge dream of producing food that lasts them a whole year instead of 7 months as is the case currently. Further, they dream of improving their house to an iron-roofed and cement-floored type. Pamoza will work with Ackson and Tionge to attain food security and will share about Christ. Pamoza will encourage character development. Pamoza will also brainstorm with Ackson on how best he can use his bricklaying skills and will offer training to Ackson and Tionge to improve their primary hygiene practices. Pamoza will also help the couple to consider how they can best use their education and support their child’s future education.
